Our Functional Fitness Small Group Training is designed for people who want real results — without getting lost in a crowd.
This weekly coached session focuses on:

Endurance & aerobic capacity – feel fitter, not just tired
Practical skills – movements that transfer to daily life
Confidence & consistency – progress with professional guidance
The training style is in short smart programming, scalable workouts, and coaching that meets you at your level. With a maximum of 8 participants, you’ll get personal attention, quality coaching, and a strong community feel.
The first ever Functional Fitness Small Group will start on Wednesday 25.2. at 7.00 o'clock and continue for 10 weeks. (not on Eastern holidays and 1st of May)
The price for 10 weeks is 169€. Trainings every Wednesday from 7.00-7.45
